Remember: Always PULL, and apply steady down pressure. Thin
coats are better than thick ones!

technology. Optimum® PRO is an asphalt emulsion based sealer designed to
beautify and protect. Optimum PRO will leave a deep black color while
providing strength and flexibility with its advanced polymer system.
Latexite® Optimum® PRO is a No-Stir product making it easy to apply!
Uses
Optimum is recommended for all condition driveways but works especially well on driveways that have been sealed many times before. The Titanium additive helps create a strong bond between the old and new coat. Optimum also contains FASS DRI™ which allows the sealer to dry in as little as 60 minutes on a nice day!
Coverage
Smooth / Previously Sealed Driveways:
1 5-gallon bucket will cover approximately 400-500 sq. ft. per coat
Rough / Porous / Never Been Sealed:
1 5-gallon bucket will cover approximately 300-400 sq. ft. per coat
